Terms & Conditions



1. General Booking Information

1.1 All training courses are provided by Paris Moses Education Ltd (Company Registration number 10926050) at the premises of 2nd Floor, 30a Hill Street, Richmond TW9 1TW.

1.2 By booking onto a training course and paying a deposit or full payment or the course fee you ( ” you” or ” the student”) are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

1.3 Paris Moses Education Ltd reserves the right in it’s discretion to decline any application for enrolement on a training course.

1.4 All courses are in English. It is the responsibilty of any student who does not speak or understand English to the level necessary to undertake a training course to arrange their own interpreter for the course. Where a student does not speak or understand English to a level no participation ” hands on ” works sessions will be permitted without the presence of a interpreter.

2. Deposit, fees & bookings

2.1 Deposits are non-refundable.

2.2 The deposit is deducted from the final fee due.

2.3 All bookings are secured upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The booking is only confirmed ( by e-mail) once the monies have cleared in the Companys Bank account.

2.4 All course balances must be paid in full on the first day of the course.

2.5 In receipt of a deposit payment this will confirm the booking and an e-mail or letter will be sent as confirmation.

2.6 Payment for deposits can be accepted by cheque (made payable to Paris Moses Education Ltd), bank transfer* or debit/ credit card (except American Express).. *Please email us for our bank account details (for BACS / internet payments).

2.7 Payment for course balances can be accepted by cash or debit/ credit card ( except American Express).

3. Equipment & Uniform

3.1 Students are not required to wear a uniform.

3.2 Details of equipment provided are set out on our course description website page.

3.3 Valuables and personal property brought by the student to the course will remain the responsibility of the student and should not be left unattended at any time. Lockable lockers will be provided to all students. Paris Moses Education Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage to any such equipment, valuables or personal property.

3.4 The student acknowledges that all equipment and brochures provided by Paris Moses Education Ltd will be and remains the property of Paris Moses Education Ltd and will be handed over by the student to Paris Moses Education Ltd on demand. Students will be liable to compensate Paris Moses Education Ltd in respect of any loss or damage to the premises or equipment.

4. Complaints

4.1 Complaints in the first instance should be made with the course teacher. If you are unhappy with the outcome or if the complaint relates to the teacher and you do not want to make the complaint direct to them then complaints should be raised with Paris Moses, owner and head principal of Paris Moses Education Ltd.

4.2 All complaints should be made as soon as possible and in any event within 24 hours or the next working day of the matter giving rise to the domplaint. Where complaints are made outside of this time it is not always possible to deal with them due to the length of time that has passed.


5.1 We do not include:

  • Flights & accommodation
  • Breakfast, lunch & dinner
  • Personal expenses


Payments made to Paris Moses Education for a course that is subsequently cancelled by Paris Moses Education will be refunded in full within 7 days.
